Responsible for all maintenance performed on Aircraft. Liason with Director of Tech Services to schedule incoming customers, aircraft inductions and deliveries as well as sub-contractors and flight crews and DAR’s. Obtain bids and schedules for modifications on behalf of Director Assist Mod center with all questions in regards to aircraft Status and Mods. Research A.D.’s, Service Bulletins and component status and applicability. Liason with DER’s to accept existing repairs to save aircraft downtime and man-hours. Assist mod center in location of Vendors for parts, overhaul capabilities and sub-contract work.

Finalize work scopes with Manager of tech services and assist in negotiations of maintenance contracts with the overhaul facility. Assists Manager of tech services in preparing records, A.D., Hard time Component, and CPCP status’s for customer inspection. Liason between Lessee and Mod center to ensure all aircraft requirements are met and total customer satisfaction. Support in prebuy and post Return inspections.

Customer Support. Assist customer by answering customer questions and supplying requested data before arrival to view aircraft records and physical aircraft. Liaison between Lessee and Mod center to ensure all aircraft requirements are met and total customer satisfaction. Review aircraft records with customer and assists customer with record presentation to their appropriate authorities. Arrange demonstration/ Acceptance Flights and obtain all appropriate clearances. Negotiate final delivery and technical acceptance of records and aircraft. Continue customer support after aircraft delivery to Lessor.

Aug 01 Director of Tech Services ACI Consulting

American Trans Air; Review inventory estimated at 210 Million, performed sampling of records for 30 engines and reviewed approx 52 million in spare parts.

US Airways reviewed Two 737-300 aircraft for appraisal. Performed detail inspection of records and Aircraft.

Independent consultant to debis Air Finance.

Performed records review of Aircraft, Audited cockpit P/Ns and effectivity on Boeing 737-200 Aircraft sale. Acted as Maintenance rep for aircraft, Negotiated man hours with Hamilton Aviation. Assisted Acft. Manager in planning aircraft to expedite delivery of aircraft.

Independant Aviation Consultant- Contracted for leasing company

representing their interest in the maint. of Dehaviland Dash-7 Aircraft in Calgary Alb. Canada. Negotiated manhours with vendors, purchased aircraft parts as needed, negotiated paint contract for sand and paint, assisted in refurbishment of corporate interior.

Independant Aviation Consultant Represented customer in the maint. and interior reconfiguration of Boeing 727-100 series aircraft. Set up Exchange agreement between customer and AAS a flight control overhaul center to overhaul all flight controls damaged in a hail storm. Hired mechanics to complete a C-1 Ck. after customer and Maint. Facility were unable to work together as well as the interior of aircraft. Personally troubleshot problem with extended range fuel system and repaired problem. Negotiated man hours with repair facility for the costs to repair hail damage to our aircraft. Acted as maint. rep. during test flight of aircraft. Performed records audit and organized records to present to DAR and FAA for Ferry Flight.

Independant Aviation Consultant 727-200 Oversaw interior contract with vendor(Avcraft Completions), for interior refurbishment and cabin entertainment upgrades valued at 3.5 million. Removed interior, and ordered all long lead time items. Negotiated contract with several mod centers located throughout the U.S. and performed final negotiations with Dee Howard and Dalfort Aviation. Maintenance rep. Represented owner of 727-200 at the Dee Howard Co. in San Antonio Tx. aircraft through “D” check ordered all parts over 1,000 USD. overhauled all hard time components, overhauled all flight controls and fixed wing and stabilizer panels due to severe hail damage, arranged shipping for goods, negotiated man hours with Dee Howard, attended daily meetings with Dee Howard. Issued purchase orders to vendors and presented to CFO for payment. Performed records audit and assisted co-workers in Writing Maintenance program for low utilization aircraft. Presenting records to FAA and DAR and DER for 125 Operating Certificate. Presented hail damage repair costs and summary to insurance Co. for acceptance of 695,000.00usd and subsequent payment. Closed out final billing with seven Vendors and negotiated monies refunded for unapproved work or work never performed in the amount of 150,000 credit. Oversaw the refurbishment and installation of executive interior while monitoring the upgrades of avionics to aircraft valued at 895,000.00.

Report to customer on a bi-weekly basis status of aircraft and potential for delays in returning aircraft to Operator.

May 99 Senior Maintenance Representative - America West Airlines

Feb.00 Based at the Dee Howard Company in San Antonio Tx. Managed up to five lines of heavy check aircraft.

Responsible for all heavy maintenance performed on America West Boeing 737-200 and 300, and Boeing 757 series aircraft to include “C” and “D” checks as well as drop in aircraft. Chaired daily meetings as representative of America West Airlines, informed superiors of daily work in progress as well as items that could possible affect the scheduled delivery of the aircraft. Worked with outside vendors to ensure parts were to be delivered without disrupting progress on the aircraft. Negotiated manhours for Non Routine work performed on aircraft, input entries into Sceptre, pulled task cards for Dee Howard Employees, and was responsible for ten Maintenance Representative contractors assigned to me. Worked with Dee Howard Engineering Dept as the liason between both Companies to submit structural repair requests to Boeing.

Feb. 99 Worked for Fine Airlines and IAL as an aircraft records May 99 consultant. Performed record reviews on 121 JT3B-3D and -7’s as well as RB211 and JT8D all models and assessed a value to every engine. Reviewed aircraft records on six Dc-8 aircraft. Inventoried Parts company and gave real time values to inventory. Reviewed workscopes to every engine input at IAL power supply.

May98- Manager for North American Aircraft Services, Managed Module II May 99 fuel tank modification on Federal Express P to F mod. Duties included administer payroll, identify part shortages on Boeing JAC’s, Order parts,

Identify alternate fasteners, Identify mis I. D’ed parts and return to stock for proper identification, flow aircraft work (module II only), assign tasks to mechanics, monitor hours used on specific JAC’S, Negotiate hours with Boeing rep., write non-routines, requests for Engineering support and requests for parts fabrication, order additional tooling to complete tasks.

Market NAAS to other companies to attain additional contracts.

May 97- President of Aerospace Maintenance Professionals Inc., a Contract Feb.98 maintenance company that provides aircraft mechanics to third party maintenance facilities and airlines. Duties included: negotiate contract and terms with customer, recruit mechanics, identify candidates for positions, set up pre-employment drug screening, insure background investigations were completed, negotiate rates with hotels, assists customer with inprocessing and outprocessing of mechanics, invoice customer on weekly basis, administer payroll, make travel arrangements for overseas contracts and run employment ads when deemed necessary. 110 employees in San Antonio and 45 in Naples Italy.
