PMO Program Manager / Support Program Operations

PMO Program and Support Operations Manager for the Department of Defense Afghan CLS Program. A $660 MM International Program missioned to train the Afghan Air Force and local civilian employees to manage their fleet of aircrafts and maintain security. This existed as multiple programs in one, to include; Basic English through to program specific technical English comprehension, Logistics, Procurement, RoR and Aircraft Maintenance.

As Program/Project Management Office Manager, I led a team of five employees; Administrator, Project Managers and IT, as well as coordinated with all manner of Corporate Functional staff members, such as; Finance, International Trade, Security, Procurement, Quality Management, HR, Talent Acquisition, International HR, Business Development, and Corporate IT.

My responsibilities were to oversee and guide the programs within the program. Manage and/or led program projects through all phases of the project management process, Develop and implement program specific policies and procedures, Manage staff recruitment, onboarding and deployment, Manage Subcontractors against their Statement of Work, Facilitated program and project wide meetings, Coordinated and assisted in Cost Account Management activities, Coordinate with proposal team providing program data, historical information, best practices and discriminators, Program risk and quality management, Analyze and provide data to the Executive team via dashboards or slide deck.
