Compilation, review and approval of project specific plans and procedures to ensure that appropriate elements of the Site Quality Program have been addressed.

Witness and/or approval of site testing requirements for civil, mechanical, welding, i.e. soils testing, concrete testing, Non-Destructive Examination testing and mechanical test for PQT approval for Welding Procedure, Post Weld Heat Treatment procedures.
Approval and coordination of tracking systems to collect and maintain required quality documentation, including inspection acceptance records, welding/ NDE verification, non-conformance and preventive action resolutions.
Perform and supervise quality assurance assessments of material/ equipment suppliers and assess performance of contracts requirement, procedural compliance and project requirements.
Review of equipment purchasing documents for inclusion of quality requirements.
Coordination and monitoring of equipment inspection activities in accordance with Supplier Inspection and Test Plans.
Provide oversight of Contractor implementation of procurement processes and procedures.
Review of key supplier quality plans, procedures and ITPs.
Ensure equipment supplier surveillance activities are alignment with project equipment criticality ratings.
Review of erection Piping Hydro test Packages with corresponding Isometric Drawings, P&ID’s GA drawings, and critical check sheets.
Provide assistance and coordinate system walk down for punch listing for all disciplines on Turnover packages.
Coordinate punch list clearing and review completed Turnover packages prior to client Care Custody Control / Pre-Start-Up Safety Review to system start-up.
Review, approval and monitoring of quality control programs developed by construction subcontractors.
Provide periodic reports to project management regarding the effectiveness of the quality program.
Site experience in dealing and working with multi-national work force/ organization. Supervision of technical aspects and providing quality project management expertise to and between senior management, Client, other departments, Home Engineering Office, Vendors, and Contractors.
Monitoring and supervision of E&I loop check packages activities.
Handling Multi-task issues and working under pressure situation such as priority system and sub-system handover.
