• Led and managed the transfer, restoration to “near brand new”, and commissioned of one unit 30-year-old Niigata 4 MW low speed Generator set (diesel and heavy oil fired) form another Nestle factory to Nestle Milo and Cereals factory location.

o Conceptualized, designed, and executed the project plan for the power plant building, mechanical, electrical, and automation and control requirements.

Heavy and Light fuel oil fired engine-generator plant with complete auxiliaries and a tri- generation (Power-Heat and Refrigeration) system.

Project cost is $3.5 Mio with a capital savings of $1.5 Mio and return of investment of 2.5 years.

Operating years of the power plant increased to another 15 years after restoration.

• Collaborated well with our power plant major vendor partner business “Niigata” industry in Japan and other major vendors of PLC’s and Automation/Programmers with internal Nestle project team that was realized this project a successful one. Within the timing, budget cost and quality of execution and no major accident during the entire period of the project.
