As a remote customer service specialist, I have served several companies as a remote service agent. These companies included Avalon Health, Humana Health, Intuit tax services, and other contracted agencies. Also, as a remote agent, I served as a customer service sales agent for Sunpro which also required that I use some sales skills to promote and schedule sales appointments an example of my duties include being a remote customer service agent where I assisted retirees and insurers with their Medicare and health care insurance plans to fit their retirement and individual needs.

Also provided service for Turbo Tax Intuit for two seasons. Assisted customers with their tax returns and provided detailed directions for troubleshooting different tax situations.

Medical Issues time off

November 2012 to October 2020

During this time, I was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease. I was immediately hospitalized due to High blood pressure. I was then in and out of surgery for the next few months preparing for dialysis. I was then introduced to dialysis and continued until now. As I got better and developed a schedule, I decided I needed to get busy living or get busy dying and went to school and decided to get to work.
