I was brought on as a contractor to help build an executive team within the Product and Engineering organization. I’ve successfully built a pipeline of X candidates and we’re moving to offer for the VP of Product. We’re also in the offer stage for one Principal UI/UX Researcher with several backups.
Genome Medical - September 2021 to September 2022

Genome Medical is a telehealth platform for genetic testing
I was brought on to help build teams across the company, primarily focusing on Engineering and Product, I also built out the Sales, Biz Dev, and Marketing teams as well. To keep the cost per hire low, we pivoted from an agency model to an internal recruitment strategy.
As a hands-on coach, I personally hired 7 Product Managers within my first 3 months. I also recruited and hired 12 in the Engineering org, 4 in Business Development, and sourced for our Sales and Marketing teams.
I worked closely with the hiring managers and interview teams to ensure we are all aligned on what the right profile looks like and our business needs. This helped to eliminate several “calibration” interviews and reduce our time to hire by 60% down to 30 days.

CyberCube Analytics - March 2019 to September 2021
Senior Recruiting Manager
CyberCube was an early-stage start-up with engineering teams in SF and Tallinn, Estonia. CuberCube is a cyber analytics company for insurance companies.
I was recruited to expand and grow the engineering, Product, and Data analytics teams. I worked closely with the Head of Engineering and the Founder/CPO to build teams. I then researched/designed and executed a hiring strategy and recruiting plan.
I identified the global talent pool we needed in SF and Tallinn, Estonia. We targeted and hired Front-End UI, Back-End, Platform Engineering, SRE, Full Stack engineers at all levels and experience. We created a digital marketing campaign to attract and hire Data Analyst Product Managers as well.
Scheduled all interviews and conducted all feedback meetings, and worked on comp and offers
I managed 2 recruiters in SF and 1 in Tallinn, Estonia that worked on G&A, Sales, and Legal.
I personally hired in my 1st 4 months 1 VP Engineering, 4 VPs of Product, and 1 Sr. Director of Engineering in Tallinn, Estonia (these were all considered very critical hires)
Supported and filled the Engineering, Product, and Data Engineering team both in SF and Tallinn Estonia
All approved reqs were filled, on average within 30 - 60 days.
