PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ineum Consulting (formerly Deloitte, France), SHL Systemhouse and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. During those tenures, his focus was evenly divided between managing Systems Projects and Process Improvement Projects. He has provided transformational systems, business process and organizational services for companies such as AT&T, Compaq, Armstrong, Johns Manville, Northrup and Mitsubishi. He also has worked in industry and as an independent consultant.

SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE

Recently completed management of the implementation of financials for a venture capital firm for an 8 division integration. Worked as a sub-contractor for Robert Half.

Managed three ERP selections for a food manufacturer, a heavy equipment manufacturer and an equipment installer and maintenance organization.

Have served as a rescue manager for four separate ERP implementations that were off schedule and failing. All four were completed within budget.

Caprock Communications – ERP requirements definition, software selection and implementation. Finalist demos were Oracle, Axapta and IFS. Selected and implemented IFS.

Compaq – Served as the bailout manager for failing SAP project for Compaq repair operations. Project was completed on-time and under budget.

Compaq – Designed vendor integration strategy using SAP functionality.

Lucent Technologies – Managed 2 generations of software selection and implementation activities. Last project was to bail out a failed SAP MM integration with HKS Stockmaster, including new RFI integration. Project was completed on-time and under budget.

Las Vegas Sands Corp - Successfully managed re-implementation of previously failed Procure 2 Pay systems.

Las Vegas Sands Corp – Managed design, development and implementation of Cognos BI/EP planning and business management solution. Project teams in Las Vegas and Macau, China.

Tocom Electronics – Managed the requirements definition, selection and implementation of their ERP system.

Aerospatiale Helicopter – Managed the requirements definition, vendor selection and implementation of their ERP solution.

Oklahoma Aerotronics – Managed the ERP requirements definition, vendor selection and implementation for this DOD electronics manufacturer.

Mitsubishi Aircraft International Inc. - Managed the implementation of their ERP package.

Weber Aircraft – Performed a detail systems and process alignment project for this major supplier to commercial aircraft and airline companies.

Texas Instruments – Served as functional expert (Super User) for all Production Planning and Material Control systems for three divisions (Semiconductor, Consumer Products and Opto Electronics). Served as team lead on next generation requirements definition for these 3 divisions.

Managed the ERP selection for a large national consultancy, based in Houston. Considerations included OnPrem, Single tenant and Multi-tenant Cloud options. Finalist were Workday, Microsoft and Thomson Reuter. TR was the final selection.

Intellinex – a division of Ernst & Young (E&Y). Managed the implementation of their Elite ERP system.

Hughes & Luce – Managed this law firms fully integrated ERP/Practice Management systems.

British Petroleum - PMO training and execution for SAP BW finance team

Served as the PMO manager for a 600 man year systems development project

Worked for 2 years with a small boutique firm performing ERP requirements definition, selection and implementation services for numerous small to medium sized manufacturing and distribution clients.

In the past 12 years have had the opportunity to perform detail analysis of approximately 20 different ERP vendor products including: Infor, Sage, Epicor, Workday, Oracle, SAP, D365, Glovia, Plex, Elite, Thomson Reuters, E-emphasis. etc.

As the systems controller, spent 2.5 years managing all production and inventory management systems for three divisions of Texas Instruments.

SHL Systemhouse – Managed the National Business Process Re-Engineering practice utilizing a proprietary methodology from Tatham Process Engineering.

PricewaterhouseCoopers – Served as a lead manager in their just-in-time manufacturing practice. This practice analyzed and delivered Lean concepts to a wide variety of clients. The methodology focus was total company, which included detail analysis, design and implementation of all operating units for medium sized to Fortune 100 clients. He co-authored the firm’s methodologies and tools for this practice. Delivered over $200 M in direct client cost savings.

Industry positions – Over the course of his career his personal responsibilities in industry included Divisional Controller, Process Analyst, IT Director, Systems Coordinator, IT Operations Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Materials Expeditor and Strategic Planning.
