• Prepare the weekly, hourly and salaried payroll (1300+ employees); Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, pay slips and other payroll matters, Created new payroll forms simplifying pay run completion, including checklists, BACS and eliminating 3rd party

•Changing employee bank records when necessary to process payments accurately;

Initiating direct deposits; paying reconciliations by BACS

• Implemented best practices by creating monthly management structures for department facilities contributing to financial planning, preparing financial reports, improved turnaround time on Payroll responses and resolutions to less than 24 hours

• Contributed to audit planning by reconstructing the “Reconciliation” process by shortening the analysis practice

Site Contract Vendor Finance Accountant

• Provide contract administration duties by inputting, processing, monitoring and ensuring the successful administration of contractual terms and conditions, pricing and shipping information and in routine, non-complex bid administrative activities

•Oversee and participate in the development of the annual budget for the Contract Staff; participate in the forecast of funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; monitor and approve expenditures; implement adjustments
