Embedded as an onsite engineering recruiter in support of Covestro. Covestro is a premium polymer manufacturing company with facilities in the USA, Europe and Asia. I currently support the Project Management Engineering organization. Daily responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, and screening engineers for the company. This includes chemical, mechanical, electrical, civil structural and process control engineers.

These candidates represent: department managers, design engineers, project managers, principal, senior and staff engineers. Primary Achievements: Created the company's first formal training manual for New Marketing Personnel, established new marketing strategies for more efficient coverage of sales

territories resulting in additional sales for the entire company. Developed and implemented new performance standards and bonus structures for the marketing group based on break even points, gross margins, and new business sales. Reviewed standardized and streamlined paper flow to improve efficiency in the marketing department. Generated over 2.2 million in sales from 1985 to 1989, set branch sales records in 1988.
