● Developed a microservice to consolidate messages to and results from some heavily used services. Standard metrics like CPU and memory usage were not adequate for auto-scaling this. The custom metric of the number of pending requests was much better for this purpose

● Did a PoC using CouchDB replication to speed the distribution of changes to product information from a central Cassandra database to stores. Responsibilities
