Duties/Responsibilities- Assist PM’s, Office Manager and Vice Presidents Including;

Use Online Submittal programs, for Municipalities, etc.

City Submittals:

oPlat, Drawings, Plans

oATC and AOC forms for MCESD

oHealth Cert forms for MCESD

oDigital Recording thru Maricopa County Recorders website

Upload submittal documents to municipalities clients, utility companies and Sharepoint

Upload plans to our Sharefile and send links to clients

Help preparing proposals

Deltek Vision, Vantagepoint – Opportunities Projects, various reports as needed

Upload Insurance Certificates to projects, order Ins Certs

Prepare and maintain submittal tracker for each project

Coordination with subconsultants to obtain their plans etc.

Client Coordination as needed

Scanning and saving of plans in electronic project folders

Coordinate pickup/delivery of plans

Organize all digital submittal process/portals/passwords

Get mail, send A/P invoices to Corporate

Order Supplies for projects

Plotters, Office

Handle PTO/Sick requests on company calendar and binder

Business Licenses - notify renewal to Corporate

Will Serve Letter Requests

Backup to answering phones

New Hires- keys, key cards, information to the building property manager

Input Alarm codes as employees come and go, inform our Security company with this information

Duties/Responsibilities- Providing support to engineers working in the Product Integrity - Product Assurance, Airworthiness & Certification (PI PAAC) Including;

Packaging of TSO Plans, Deviations and Authorizations - (includes TDB, ANAC applications & VDAs) and submittal package Quality Reviews

Packaging and shipping of everything that goes to the FAA (burning CDs, updating log_ltr, FAA Activity Log, JIRA, shipping, sending email to FAA informing them that package is on the way, filing and updating when approval comes in from FAA.

Loading in to Xpedio and updating FPAD

Quality Reviews

Monitoring HQMS Mailbox and entering records into HQMS

Filing electronically on share drive

Create monthly report and put on WIKI

Pull records as requested by individuals

Maintain and scrub FPY Metrics Master spreadsheet

Send Doc Reviewed by TSOS and Compliance Reviews metric monthly
