Lead MA. Check in patients, take vitals, update chart, give injections, place orders, create appointments, inform patients of results, return patient phone calls to answer questions, blood draws when needed, add charges to patient bill at the end of the day and finalize super bills. I also complete prior authorizations for medications when needed and communicate with the pharmacies. I also assisted urgent care when short staffed checking in patients, processing payments and taking vitals.

I take vitals, prep patient charts, perform EKG’s, remove stitches and sutures, provide wound care, give injections/vaccines, create orders and attach proper diagnosis for insurance purposes, provide patient's individual education, perform breathing treatments, create/cancel appointments, complete Prior Authorizations through covermymeds.com, access FL shot records to print the needed school entry forms for admissions, perform A1C’s, answer messages daily and phone calls while running clinic. I also fax paperwork or documents needed for office visits or other locations upon request. I call patients with results on labs, x-rays, ultrasounds, or mammograms. I run the clinic Monday through Friday, while checking in patients for 2 providers two days out of the week instead of just one.
