OBJECTIVE

Learning, helping and leading the people around me. I’m at a place in my life where I’m able to work everyday if need be. I could go into how well I work with others, or how hard of a worker I am but those are just words. Actions speak louder. I’ve never worked at a job where I was totally content with doing the least and not looking for improvement. I like for certain standards to be met and don’t mind doing what it takes to correct a situation. I realize that communication is one of the biggest misinterpreted areas of life. With knowing this I try to communicate in every way possible to make myself clear and understood. Can’t say it always works but if it’s worth saying once, it should be told in away that is understood by the listener once as well.

HR skills. Whether it was being in charge, selling the product to the customer, installing product for the customer or dealing with customer services issues because of products; I have worked in every aspect and have learned to see the forest through the trees
