Responsibilities 2 /2:
Coordinates the logistics of all contractors and suppliers to ensure safe and efficient movement and storage.
Monitors the logistics operations daily and intervene when required to prevent delivery or disruption a result of unplanned or unexpected events. Updates the logistics plan as and when required, due to changes in the project requirements of programs.
Prepares and sends clearance documents for materials which are transported by road or air or shipped by sea.
Analyzes the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes and carriers.
Checking and approving transportation and 3rd party invoices. Ensures the contractors, consultants, suppliers are adhering to the Logistic Plan rules. Prepares the violation notices to parties who violate or ignore the logistic plan. Preparing a weekly supply sales report to the management including value of materials delivered, remaining ready materials at warehouse. Daily report of readiness materials with full details. Coordinates with subsidiary companies the shipment requirements and scheduling. Valuates vendor delivery performance to assure highest possible service level and Identifies lead-time, process, and cost improvement opportunities. Manages shipment and transportation to reduce transit time Preparing the Export documentation with knowledge of GCC Export policies and re- quired documents
Monitor and the online customs system in Saudi with full knowledge of it. Preparing the documentation of Import Shipments with knowledge of customs duty exceptions procedure.
