• Following 15 plus years of both effective and consistent performance in the Finance and Advertising Industry in both Business Admin/Operations as well as Sales Management, I relocated back to the Valley..RGV..recently due to my Fiance's career opportunity, the sell of my book of business as an Energy Broker in the Deregulated Texas market, plus the extremely favorable opportunity to take over the Corpus Christi Regional Office for the largest Market Cap In-House Ad Agency in Texas, with both Print plus Digital Publications. I accepted what truly appeared a rare “fit” with a well known Ad Agency & still struggle with the "Freefall" in Revenue from our DFW & Houston markets. I never saw any solvency issues. Quite frankly, we had 11 straight quarter increases since I arrived. It literally appeared as if 2 different countries occupied the same State with the same Ad Products. You truly simply "never know". Plus, those type of issues are typically withheld from critical Personnel until the end it seems.

• So, we are back in OKC where my wife was blessed to return to her prior Nursing post at OK Heart Hospital, plus we have a terminal parent whom needs us and I'm glad to be present for her. **More specifically, I am ready to contribute in the most optimal manner in regards to a new challenge in my career.

Was initially hired as an Ad Exec in a Business to Business environment for the largest in house Ad Agency in the Southwest U.S., primarily selling in 3 different mediums which entailed Digital, Print, & Billboard Advertising. My skill set was optimal for both parties due to the extreme need of New Client Acquisition as well as the "Retention" depletion that TDN was experiencing when I accepted an offer in 2020. Fortunately, I had an exceptional 3rd & 4th Quarter (my personal best increase since 2012) for the firm, & was rather blessed to break TDN's New Business Sales "Annual" record for the year in merely 6 months of Business Development. Throughout all the Regions, it stands as TDN's highest New Biz Revenue ever. Soon afterwards, I was given the opportunity to head the Corpus Christi office & still be able to contribute in the field with the majority of existing clients.

• As a region, our Corpus office exceeded our Sales Objectives in 14 of 15 separate canvasses. I must say I had extremely talented Personnel on my team. However, apparently the Pandemic had an extremely negative impact elsewhere in the 2 Key metro areas which are Houston & Dallas. As a result, no one expected that company wide the firm had significant "solvency" issues, which was not the direction my Region in Corpus experienced. Ironically, in regards to overall Revenue as well as margin, my office had its very best year. I must say,that, myself plus most of the 15 Regional Managers were truly shocked TDN pulled out of all areas except a mere 12-15% of the areas once present, including Corpus Christi.
