o Prepare export documentation including Packing Lists, certificates of origin etc. Assisting & facilitating the sales team with their requirements. o Responsible for security in managing office records, staff personal files, Licenses, property documents, and other important company documents. o Applying for Employment visas, medical appointments, and Visa stamping for new joiners

o Maintenance of confidential records, the systematic filing of Invoices o Prepares Company documentation & Expense reports etc. o In charge of staff medical insurance, and issuance of personal certificates i.e., Salary, Experience & NOC etc.
