Still, my time of being employed has given me a vast array of endeavors from medical services, to owning, managing, and operating my own business for 13 years, to marketing, to Customer Service. Work Experience

Omni Services, Inc. Culpeper, VA Customer Service Representative 2004 to 2006 I was employed at Omni Services Inc, in Culpeper, VA who sold out to Cintas also in Culpeper, VA. I was responsible for making cold calls to businesses in regards to the rental and obtaining of work uniforms, linens, and floor mats using SAP program. When Omni decided to take on uniform contracts, my department was moved to another location where we filled orders for businesses and school uniforms. I obtained a contract with Martz Travel Bus for driver uniforms, and drivers would submit their orders for every location, and we filled them. The same procedure was done with the school uniforms. My complete responsibilities were:

• Providing assistance to clients • Explaining products and benefits • Inventoried stock • Confirmed payments, refunds, etc. • Resolved payment and order disputes

Plow & Hearth Madison, VA Customer Service Representative 2004 to 2005 I was employed part time by Plow & Hearth during the peak holidays of Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day filling incoming phone orders. Along with incoming telephone orders, I assisted clients with purchases, explained products when there were additional inquiries about an item, and received required on-site training on how to respond to customers in the Plow and Hearth preferred manner.

Culpeper Homes (Formally Culpeper Baptist Retirement) Culpeper, VA Front Desk Receptionist 2003 to 2004 It was my responsibility to answer incoming telephone calls, transfer calls to numerous departments, sorting incoming mail going to the residents, sign residents out for various excursions and making certain they’ve returned, and daily events postings.

Alas, I had to reluctantly close the store due to an automobile accident that left me paralyzed from the waist down. Operating the store seven days a week, sometimes ten hours a day became too exhausting in my physical condition.

Wilderness Center Pharmacy Locust Grove, VA Pharmacy Technician Assistant and cashier 1986 to 1990 Assisting Pharmacist with filling prescriptions, taking refill orders over the telephone, ordering and stocking store merchandise, delivering prescriptions, and cashier.

Manassas Medical Center Manassas, VA Physician's Assistant 1980 to 1985 Initially hired as front desk receptionist answering telephone lines, taking messages for doctors, cashier, setting appointments, and greeting patients with appointments. After working there for approximately a year Dr. Jocson trained me as his second Physician's Assistant. I was responsible for administering allergy injections, setting rooms and assisting with examinations minor surgeries, taking x-rays, performing in office lab tests such as urinalysis cultures with individual antibiotics that would pin point what bacteria is present and what medication should be administered, preparing urinalysis slides to be read by physician, preparing lab work in centrifuge for night pickups, setting Prince William Hospital out-patient testing, admissions, and x-rays. I was also responsible for calling pharmacies to fill or refill prescriptions. It was my responsibility to have all the examination rooms stocked for usage, and running the autoclave for sterilizing medical instruments which had been used for pap smears and surgery. I also, filed medical insurance claims and prepared patient billing after insurance had paid their portion.
