OBJECTIVE

At Total Beauty Experience I was able to receive much on the job training with hair care and product knowledge from brand representatives. I learned how to recognize hair types and be able to assist the customer in all different needs. I also worked in the fragrance and makeup side being able to keep my knowledge up to date.

Prior to moving to Sacramento, I worked at Saks Fifth Avenue in Union Square as their Tom Ford Fragrance specialist. My duties at Saks included using my extensive training to help clients find fragrance and cosmetics that where suitable to their particular tastes, auditing and ordering Tom Ford products, and creating long term customers by building relationships and using of the various clienteling techniques that I have learned over the years.

At Bond No. 9, I Worked as a sales associate for their Saks Fifth Avenue line in Union Square. My duties included identifying what scents a customer liked and matching them with an appropriate Bond fragrance. I also promoted the Bond No. 9 brand by introducing regular customers to new products through special events, client calling, and by using various marketing techniques that were taught to me by Bond.

Makeup Artist and Skin Care Specialist Jul 2007–Present On various occasions throughout my career I have worked as a freelance makeup artist and skin care specialist for both private and public events. I have helped different company’s including Josie Maran Cosmetics, Osmotics, and Chanel by working at their promotional events and promoting their brand. An important part of working as a specialist for a small line is building and maintaining an extensive client list in order to introduce and sell new and existing products to people who seek me out due to my extensive product knowledge.
