Production Lead – Supported a Supervisor and Shift Manager in leading a crew of 70 people in third shift operations. Specifically, responsible for training new employees with proper technique and ensuring their performance quality and consistency. Also supported a start up of an automated process involving retraining the team to new processing methods gaining target production rates and quality within 30 days.

Process Management Point Monitor – Measured the effectiveness of various tasks critical to quality and processing on the plant floor and reported those results through Statistical Process Control Charts to leadership.

Line Worker – Learned to properly complete 8 different tasks at line rate with a quality focus
