ECC, S/4HANA- PP

SAP architect for production planning and partly QM for 6 plants and 24 warehouses in the USA, Canada and UK. Completely reviewed, updated or modified SAP forecasting, MRP, production, master data including BOM structures, work centers, Routing, tank properties, shopfloor order management, capacity management improving production and quantified operational efficiencies by industrial engineering work studies by 30%. Inventory reductions by 20% from the earlier excel, lotus notes and manual operations.

Implementing SAP S/4HANA 2021 with MDM after the complete review of 40+ features including the set up for production version, and engineering change management for a global roll out in Germany.

SAP Lead - SAP Integrated Supply Chain Management (PP/APO/MES/QM/WM)

Delivered on a global re-implementation initiative for 40 plants, across the USA, Canada and Europe. Achieved Wave1 and Wave2 go lives successfully. The implementation led to the improvement of client satisfaction from 75% to 95%, lowering inventories by 20%, and increased in resource utilization up by 15%.

Configured Demand to Supply, customized RICEFW with developers, worked with landscape management, on system conflicts, managed data migration from legacy source to SAP ECC 6.0 for a complex re-implementation.
