Personal Identification Verification (PIV) Registrar and Activator through GSA US Access System which includes PIV Enrollments, PIV Activations, PIV Certificate Updates, PIV pin resets, and requests for lost/damaged PIV credentials. Ensuring the accuracy of documents for background investigations prior to submission to CISA Personnel Security. Capture fingerprints of federal employees and contractors. Supervising, Accesses badge scheduling and issuance systems to identify and verify the need for a PIV. Handles customer service inquires and ensures organized scheduling of appointments and services with the office. Enroll personnel in the system and issue PIV Credentials. Assign accesses to CISA facilities (both perimeter and internal sensitive areas, to include collateral and SCI spaces) in Lenel.
