My experience with Tax Advisors Group has been positive. My position is a work from home position with monthly Sales meetings in the office. I do Inside Sales to recruit new companies with over $5M in Business Personal Property Tax values in Texas. I work mostly with C-level company employees that would make decisions concerning Property Tax. I use Salesforce daily for all accounts as well as an automatic dialer, Connect And Sell. I do back to back calls and emails to set appointments for the VP to discuss how we can help our clients save money on their renditions. TAG has its own special formula they use to do this. I have booked appointments and made commissions. I was responsible for updating my own accounts and running reports on the CRM system as well as the automated dialer. DocuNav Solutions is a licensed reseller of Laserfiche. I started with DocuNav Solutions as a Business Development Associate is the Sales department, cold calling leads to book appointments for our Sales team. I made new accounts in our CRM system HubSpot and set appointments on our BDM'S calendars. After three months I was moved into the Business Development Manager position for the Sales department. I was in charge of handling my own customers and accounts. I did discover calls to discover my clients pain points and needs and to decide if Laserfiche was a fit for them or not. I also did demonstration meetings of the Laserfiche software with the help of a Sales Engineer, based off the specific needs of the clients. I followed the Sales cycle to the end by keeping in communication with my clients and having proposals made for their individual needs. I updated all client accounts step by step in the CRM system HubSpot so any other BDM or Sales Director could see the status of my accounts at all times. Once I closed deals I set up my client with their new Account Manager and Project manager in the Solutions team that would be custom building their software. I did my own prospecting as well as had leads set up for me by the Business Development Associate, we worked very closely together to be more successful. Our Sales team, bonused as a team so we all worked closely together and helped each other with different accounts and meetings. I was the Business Development Manager that closed the most deals in my time at DocuNav Solutions.

I was a call center agent for the NFIB (National Federation of Independent Business) PAC (Political Action Committee).
