-Perform variety of maintenance/minor repairs on interior/exterior of facility - painting, parking lot lining, clear/unclog drains, light fixture maintenance

-Conduct walk-throughs with Property Management to provide oversight in areas to address issues requiring maintenance/repair

-Responsible for maintaining accurate & legally compliant OSHA facility

-Assemble office furniture/cubicles according to department/associate needs

-Maintain full inventory of maintenance/operational/janitorial supplies required for indoor areas/job sites

-Perform monthly inspection of fire safety equipment to ensure proper working condition and coordinate with vender for maintenance/annual inspections

-Oversee set-up/clean-up of company activities/performances

-Create new office space/office furniture to best fit facility/associate needs

-Relocate office furniture according to department/associate changes

-Responsible for snow removal duties – plowing/shoveling/salting/regular maintenance dependent on weather conditions

FLEET MANAGEMENT

-Maintain fleet of 30 vehicles/trucks/equipment - oil changes, vehicle registrations/inspections, insurance, EZ Pass, regular service

-Evaluate maintenance vehicle(s)/equipment & make recommendations for equipment

-Coordinate vehicle replacement/purchasing - research purchase pricing, contact dealerships, work in partnership with accounting department

-Coordinate accident claim repairs/recalls/parts ordering

-Maintain accurate daily/weekly mileage logs for 30 vehicle fleet
