• Adding required thickness to the Assembling Parts to form sheet.

• Creating and locating the Latch & Stricker Trajectory for the door opening and closing.

• Assembling the all sheet metal parts using the different constraints.

• Check with Draft Analysis w.r.t to Tooling Axis for each part created to know the feasibility to manufacture. Design of the Roof using Siemens NX:

• To Develop the Car Roof Assembly using with Skin Data and Design Rules in Siemens NX.

• Creation of all assembling Reinforcement parts like Front roof rail, Bow Roof Rail, Center Roof rail and Rear Roof Rail using the Skin data given.

• Adding required thickness to the Assembling Parts to form sheet.

• Calculating the Heat Distortion on Roof and Snow Load Criteria.

• Assembling the all sheet metal parts using the different constraints.
