Job description:

Check all books of accounts to ensure they are free of errors.Ensure a comprehensive use of audit check list.

Prepare reports of all assignment carried out.

Monitor Compliance to ensure adherence to internal control policies in the branches.

Review credit process to identify and report risks inherent in the process.

Audit of branches and client support officers.

Call over all transactions posted in the manual and computer system.

Do a follow up to ensure implementation of all outstanding issues.

Check frequency and accuracy of Bank reconciliation statement in branches visited.

Prepare Bank reconciliation and compare with the general ledger.

Conduct a monthly and periodic audit of payroll and stock respectively.

Ensure that cases of infractions, fraud and other gross misconducts are properly investigated.
