Assigned as ERP Team Lead during Futaba Business Systems Analysis to evaluate business requirements for this which began as an IT project and grew to include all departments. This promoted education for change management from upper management to shop floor.

Working as a conduit between Plante Moran and Futaba to ensure EDI incoming order management and outbound EDI for distribution fulfilling those orders.

Project management employed agile approach for SharePoint Online Project as this project promoted cloud instead of on premise shared servers allowing all departments capabilities and explanations. Sharepoint enabled tracking of internal and external dependencies thru the project.

SAP Concur was implemented at the corporate office for Cloud Expense Management as proving ground and promoted to be deployed across Noth America.

Scale small parts outside Futaba production from aftermarket suppliers

Institute IAM provisioning for hardware and Active Directory requirements for new hires and teammates leaving

Administer Cyber Protection Insurance for Futaba North America after implementing appropriate securities and guidelines.

As securities were hardened at Futaba all users when remote were restricted to connections only thru VPN and confirmed via Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).

Drive system process improvement, this included optimization of work-flows.

SharePoint On-Line was an effective collaberation toll for non-technical management. This collaborative tool allowed project vision of performance, schedule, and milestones.
