adviw3@r.postjobfree.com

My objective is to build my experience in customer service. To obtain strong organizational, analytical, problem resolution and follow-up skills. I strive to learn something new every day and use it to benefit my career and success. I'm highly energetic and work well in stressful environments. Good at multi-tasking and have strong communication skills.

Experience:

The Schoolhouse Day Care; Teacher

Plains PA Oct. 2015 - Sep. 2016

I was the young toddler room head teacher. It consisted of approx. 10, one-year olds. I had an aid assigned in my room daily to help with tasks I could not do alone or to maintain the number of students to teachers for that day. My focus was the children and their safety. I made sure they were developing cognitively, mentally and physically. I created lesson plans weekly involving activities like circle time, story time, music, sensory play, etc. Filled out "Daily logs" for each child to summarize their progress that day. In addition, the room needed to be kept organized and sanitized. All the requirements for that room needed to be met to pass state inspection. Held parent/teacher conferences once a year.

Grico's

Exeter, PA Jan. 2004-Jan. 2014

I catered events throughout these years for Grico's restaurant. Events included family parties, business dinners, holiday parties, weddings, and other special occasions. I had to prep the food and beverages along with serving them in a timely and professional manner. Customer satisfaction was my main priority.

Benco Dental; Service Dispatcher

Wilkes-Barre, PA Jan. 2006-Apr. 2008

I had to schedule appointments for dental offices. A service technician from our company would get put on our schedule to visit the office whether for a PM or a problem they were having. I had to learn the different dental office equipment and tools used to help serve the customer better. I would always make sure the customer was satisfied and I helped them the best I could. If I had an issue, I would try to figure it on my own. If I couldn't, I would ask help from a co-worker or sometimes my supervisor.

Bon-Ton; Cashier

Wyoming, PA Mar. 2005- Jan. 2006

My responsibility was to greet the customers upon arrival and assist with any help finding specific items. Upon checkout, I would ask if they found everything and then ring out their items. I also spent time at the customer service desk helping with tasks that were a little more difficult than the floor.

Education:

Wyoming Area Secondary Center; Exeter, PA. Graduated 2006 in General Studies with a diploma.
