coordinate team members. Train team members from start to finish taking the the team and making sure they know how to do the things we needed done for that job so it could better they're career in the construction industry every step of the way. Picking up products, employees and drop offs. operating the scissor lift to perform work duties in tough high places. prep work that involved to prepare to start whichever task I am doing. For example, putty, sand, use wet rag to wipe it down first so you can prepare to caulk whichever you are doing in my preference I always putty, sand, dust off then use wet rag to get the remaining dust off to prepare to caulk in my preference i do it this way because if you putty, caulk then sand and not wiping it down will cause a lot of headaches in the end when trying to apply a finish coating at the end. plus if you do it in this order you are just taking off the caulk you just applied and wasting time . lacquering and using primer to metal, wood etc. Straining every paint we get and training why it is important to do so even if it just brand new fresh out of the shop. double checking work for no holidays if so then id have to touch up depending on how big it is id have to go wall to wall if you don't then it can cause something not so big to big and flash. My duties also included attending meetings to discuss .Revenues, Overhead, profit Receivables, Cash-flow, Organizational chart, Management, People, Operations, Systems, procedures, Work flow, Project management, Supervision, Safety, Quality,Scheduling,Productivity,Equipment,Accounting,Technology,Estimating,Sales. cleaning up before and after shift.
