I am currently working with my current company between two accounts as needed or when there is a ramp down. As a Casino Bank Teller I was apart of learning the different function of each bank in the casino and learning the different responsibilities and paperwork for each. I carried out a variety of transactions in the Paragon and was State certified for my position. Each shift I had to relieve the previous teller by checking required paperwork and making sure that the drawer accountability an even $70,000 in cash and chips were accounted for and handling any required paperwork. My responsibility with the drawer I was assigned was to call security to watch while paying out certain amounts that were paid out or having a manager present for certain amount as casino winnings of the players and made sure the amount was accurate, I made exchanges for tokens, tickets and chips for cash, also debit and credit transactions. For the new players that would want to join into player's club programs I would enter in all identification information and then explain to them how the program worked and assigned the player their cards. I attended several classes to get licensed in making sure we were in compliance with all State and Federal laws. It was my responsibility to make sure I knew when to start tracking large withdrawals and winnings, knowing that over a certain amount had to be reported at the end of my shift to keep in compliance. It was my responsibility to know when to start tracking, how to identify players who were trying to stay under limits to keep from being reported to the IRS and making sure no one could access any of the gaming plans that were set to stop Money Laundering while gaming,

Then making sure the sales agent did in fact contact the potential customer to assist with the sale.
