In my career as a lodging manager, housing manager, and housing director, for the U.S. Department of Defense I have developed the compassion, empathy, sensitivity, and the knowledge and experience required for the total quality and excellence in customer service.
Since then, I have served as a property director and manager, managing apartment complexes on the local economy. In addition through my privately owned company I provide management consulting services and customer service training. And also worked as a restaurant/business manager in Tokyo Japan.
Throughout my career I have been recognized for my avidity in accomplishing the tasks related to the identification and improvement of repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping requirements of real property.
I was nominated as the best housing director, Navy world wide, based on my contribution to the mission of the Sasebo Welcome Center Japan, 4 months after assignment from Howard Air Force Base.
I stand ready to provide loyal assistance with selfless, assiduous, and unflinching dedication to the mission and my superiors. Efrain R Barrera
