I have spent my entire career in the content development space building highly engaging learning programs for adult learners. I excel at understanding broad content strategies and leading teams to fulfill that strategy. For example, I know how to lead content development for Public Sector businesses, focusing on transforming primarily text-based content into engaging presenter-led content. As another example, I know how to lead content development integrating the work from 2D and 3D motion media, and video production teams to create award- winning, world-class content.

I have over 15 years of experience leading instructional designers, video production teams, and 2D and 3D motion artists with a servant leader style that inspires those that I lead. Focusing on 360-degree performance assessment and evaluation, I work 1 on 1 with individual developers to increase efficiency and streamline processes, teaching designers and developers alike to how to further leverage their unique skillsets which makes the content they develop even better. For example, I was recently challenged to blend the competencies of a 3D motion design team with video production, which resulted in a piece which featured a 3D model of an arm with a bone break composited over skateboarder’s arm who had just fallen to teach EMS providers about types of arm breaks. I know how to rally the team around the concept, and then execute it flawlessly.
