Position: Document Controller/Administration deputized to Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu - Jazan City forPrimary and Downstream Industries. KSA from June 2020 Up-to Continue Company: China Geo Engineering Corporation, Jazan KSA / Royal Commission Client: Royal Commission for Jubail & Yunbo (Jazan) Consultant: Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited (SAPL)

Project Scope: Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries is located on the Saudi southwestern coast on the Red Sea. It is 66km to the north of old Jazan City, 11.5km along the coast. With its 106km2 area, and being close to the Horn of Africa, JCPDI is enjoying a strategic location due to its proximity to the international shipping routes. JCPDI is crossed by the famous project of ChineseGlobal Initiative – The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. Hence, the location of JCPDI is a great opportunity for industrial companies to see their Roll (return on investment) growing in the short andlong term.

Parsons was appointed to provide management, technical, and consulting services for the new 106- square-km Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries (JCPDI). The project includes a port, seawater cooling plant, industrial zones, special economic zones, commercial and residential areas, full infrastructure, and utilities. Parsons services include program and project management, urban planning, environment, design, procurement support, and construction management Duties & Responsibilities:

Handling documentation of Construction Department including packages, correspondences, invoices and progress reports and reporting to seniors.

Provides on-demand request services to the Project Manager, delivery order starts and close-up, Utilities Projects, functional group leads, and staff.

Coordinate with SRCM,Team Lead and Engineers.

Provides document control orientation briefing and materials to new hires.

Arranged plan review meetings with staff, Project manager and Contractor.

Handling, reviewing documentation related to JCPDI and MSA procedures and assisting the seniors in reviewing of the documents, any reports.

Maintaining and handling the Construction Department documentations and correspondence systems and updating receiving and dispatching log.
