SUMMARY & OBJECTIVE:
Over 25 years of professional experience in the construction industry including residential, commercial and multifamily. Skills include people management, building codes, safety regulations and a high understanding of the applicable approved budgets while supervising the workflow, maintaining schedules, purchasing materials and equipment in an efficient manner and ensuring a strong relationship is maintained with building inspectors. Current role is Traveling Superintendent in Montana overseeing a 216 - unit multi-family apartment site.
My goal is to get a position as an operations manager to oversee projects and assist Project Managers, and Superintendents with budgets, maintaining schedules, seamless workflow, and safety, all while making sure every project meets a high standard of durability, is energy efficient, waste reduction conscience, and generally has a high level of sustainability.
