Saudi Aramco intends to construct a 400 MBPD grassroots refinery and hydrocarbon terminal facilities within Jazan Economic City (JEC), Saudi Arabia located in south-west on Road Sea cost. The strategic location of the refinery within JEC will leverage the existing distribution assets for products transfers to the demand centers in the area.

Jazan Refinery will be a semi-conversion refinery that processes 400 MBSD of crude oil either 100% Arabian Medium crude or a 50 / 50 be supplied from Saudi Aramco’s Arabian Medium and Arabian Heavy crude supply system in the Eastern province.

In addition, the refinery will upgrade MDP of Jeddah Refinery intermediate feedstocks (Naphtha, Distillate and Vacuum Gas Oil) to high quality finished product.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reviewing all the Electrical Technical Query Submitted with contractor if any clarification required on Proponent or PDD for approval, which I coordinating to them to avoid any issue will be occur during the Performance Acceptance of the Project.

Reviewing all the Vendor Print starting NMR 601, NMR 602 and NMR 603 to provide any necessary comments in order to ensue all the material Purchase Requisition will comply on standard requirement and project specification.

Attending the interface meeting issue between other EPC to resolve issue and to provide the clear solution against to the design scope of contractor to avoid impacting on the project schedule.

Sharing of knowledge to other colleague for responding the documents.

Attending the RFI raise with CONTRACTOR such as Material Receiving and Preservation of Electrical Equipment to ensure all of those equipment have been follow the Vendor preservation procedure. Moreover to highlighted all the Violation Pro-active of CONTRACTOR which need to have focus assessment to address correctly to avoid any delay on the project schedule if the material will be damage.

Monitoring the ongoing Activities on site and to ensure the daily activities plan submitted with the CONTRACTOR was follow accordingly. If any disputed we need to discuss on Weekly Construction Meeting in order to evaluate and clear the issue to avoid delay and impact on the Project Schedule.
