Process and Technical Project Lead on EE Component library data integration between Teamcenter, NX and Cadence Allegro. Architected the scope on process integration and seamless communication between ECAD database and Teamcenter database. Provided technical guidance on process of importing the detailed CAD model and footprint information into NX using NX Open scripts and storing it in Teamcenter database using Teamcenter Classification Module.
This project involved using the existing applications, so the user community did not have to invest time in learning a new application or process. This also saved the organization significant amount financially. The process and integration outlined in the scope of the project helped the Mechanical and Electrical teams to become 60%-70% more efficient in releasing the product to vendor to manufacture.

Responsible for coordinating with the team for developing KBE automated Aerosol CAN Design application using KF and UFunc programming in NX.
Summary of the application:
This program generates the Aerosol Can which is optimized for the desired volume. The standard geometries that are UDFs are called into the NX window through Knowledge Fusion (KF) from User Defined Feature (UDF) library. The program also gives the flexibility for the user to build their own shape and KF will generate the 3D geometry and converts this geometry also into UDF.
Co-ordinating with the team for developing WEB Based Wrapper application.
This is a browser dependent application, and it can generate NX part file on a client
machine, which does not have NX, loaded on it. This application interacts with the
server, which has NX and database. NX runs in No Graphical mode on server when a
request is made by the user to create an NX file. The user can select from either NX part
file or CGM file when he makes a request.
