I graduated from Colonel White in 1994 where I was an athlete (I played football, basketball). I was also a member of the Gospel Corral.
From 1994-1996 I attended Defiance Collage where I took basic college courses.
COMMUNICATION
I am a very versatile worker. Throughout my years at DMAX, I have been the opportunity to learn multiple jobs. I’ve been in charge of the weekend teardown teams, filling in for absenteeism on other lines throughout the plant.
LEADERSHIP
I have been placed in a leadership role overseeing the weekend teardown teams. This includes, but not limited to training people on how to properly tear down the engine (Reading the tags to know how far to tear an engine down, what parts come off the engine), keeping up with the documentation (filing paperwork, Tracking how far an engine has been torn down too, etc.) for the engines.
