007/2020-Present: Carrier Commercial

. Schedule Technicians appropriately for both Maintenance and Time & Material Jobs based on experience and product knowledge.

. Follow-up with Customer regarding outstanding Invoice issues and ensure proper billing procedures.

. Provide documentation and follow-up with Customers regarding updated Forms, Customer Service Reports and various vital communications.

. Account for all tools & parts that arrive at the Warehouse and/or purchased in the field by both Technicians and Ops Leads.

11/2019-02/07/2020: Dispatcher-Alban Power Systems

. Schedule Technicians to service and repair Alban Generator Systems for both private and industrial customers.

. Track parts shipments and notify both Customers and Alban Management upon arrival for scheduling and repair purposes.

. Ensure that proper billing and invoicing of both previous and on-going repairs and installations are accurately and timely accounted for on a monthly basis.

. Schedule & monitor both new jobs and previous call ins from the day before based on current updates.

. Update several websites determined by the Insurance of the Clients for work performed the previous day. (Moisture levels, sketches, paperwork)

. Monitor and maintain an accurate inventory of both rental and company owned machines and material and follow-up on any discrepancies.
