I am an Educated Professional with almost two decades of working experience in sales, sales management, counseling, and contracting seeks a return to the workforce after 3 years as a Homemaker/Housewife due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. 2020-Present Homemaker, Housewife, and Homeschool Teacher

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, served as a Homemaker and Housewife for a large family of five responsible for the health, welfare, and daily activity management for the family that transitioned from public school to homeschool/virtual learning and then back to the public school system. During the homeschool year I planned, coordinated, facilitated the Alabama State Certified learning curriculum for each a 4th, 5th, and 7th grade student.

Scheduled and coordinated all activities among all members of the household.

2018 - 2020 Contract Specialist

Department of Interior, United States Geological Survey

Served as Contract Specialist responsible for all aspects of the contracting transactions from receipt of purchase request to recommendation of award for the services and supplies required by the Survey to meet its mission. Mostly procuring Information Technology and Technical Services to meet mission requirements. Works with procurements in the $10k-4million range. Level 1 warrant.

Completed Level 1 Warrant certification during first six-months after hire.

Successfully processed over 50 contract awards without error.

2016 - 2018 Financial Counselor

United States Army, Army Emergency Relief

Served as point of contact for Soldiers and their family members who are undergoing an unforeseen undue financial hardship. Assisted Soldiers by assessing the level of crisis and their financial situation to determine the most appropriate amount of financial assistance available and satisfactory repayment requirements. Served as an important role of Steward, as funds loaned or granted were donated by other Soldiers and their families. Served as emotional support during what was for some, the most difficult situation they had ever encountered. Accredited Financial Counselor certified.

Was looked at as the “Go-To” counselor for ability to relate, empathies, and proved clients with a positive outlook to the future.
