Worked to identify trouble areas and stabilize the environment by motivating staff and partnering with key vendors to put solutions in place while also developing a technology roadmap to improve systems, processes, and procedures for long-term success. • Implemented and supported several enterprise applications, including an exception based reporting system for Loss Prevention and Cash Management departments. This lead to allowing the corporate headquarters and regional Loss Prevention Managers to connect to the reporting system from laptop computers with dial-up access utilizing NT- RAS network connectivity. The XBR server was configured to download data from the AS400 and post raw sales data from all store POS systems into an MS-SQL database system that is queried by clients through a PowerBuilder interface.

• Managed corporate Internet site www.sunglasshut.com by updating information on an MS-IIS system and an MS-SQL Server using an ODBC connection through MS Access, HTML programming, and visual design with Adobe PhotoShop. Developed web site tracking statistics reports. This process was managed entirely by a third party web host company until I transitioned the site to be hosted and managed completely in-house.

• Managed all phases of electronic commerce system development from design to implementation on an MS-IIS system with automated integration into an existing fulfillment system at the company distribution center in McDonough, GA.

• Served on Lotus Notes implementation team for Sunglass Hut. Responsible for remote connectivity utilizing the Internet as the vehicle and Check Point FireWall-1 for network security supporting 200 plus field users.
