Ensure that all changes are properly marked on the respective engineering document and routed through the Management of Change (MOC) process for approval. Mark-ups and MOC approvals shall be included in the system dossier and also used in developing the final as-built document package

Ensure that the appropriate documents are generated before executing the Pre-Commissioning Completion Certificate to release the system/sub-system for ready for commissioning.

Identify and schedule the required vendor and sub vendor support for the relevant pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and ensure that their services are available on site at the time required.

Conduct system walk-downs to ensure that all components and equipment are mechanically complete in accordance with the project designs, technical specifications, all applicable codes and standards.

Verify all safety systems for the personnel and property are properly installed and the system / sub-systems is ready for pre-commissioning activities to commence.
