Pulaski Maintenance team ranked in top 2 plants of Frito Lays Central Gulf Region in 2010 and 2011 for equipment downtime of 1.2%.
Provided project management support for maintenance and major capital projects.
Developed cost analysis and project justification, and implemented automatic packaging and conveyor equipment project. Project included an overhead power conveyor feeding Robots and Lantech automatic stretch wrap and palletizing equipment. Project Budget was $500k with an annual savings of $300k.
Managed a $600k project that combined two high speed cookie production lines with overhead conveyor system that increased production capacity by more than 500k units per year and reduced overtime labor costs.
