- As Bartender and Closing Manager, my responsibilities during hours of operation included tending bar, creating drinks, and seeing that other front of the house staff were doing their jobs as they should be. After our doors were locked, I was responsible for handling all of the cash and batching out the credit card transactions. It was my responsibility to see that everything was properly done for the next shift, when they came in the following day.
