Enterprise Change Leader for the Workday HCM System Implementation (October 2021 – Present) Direct all aspects of change management including influencing, educating, and mobilizing the Capital executive leadership team (c-suite), serving as a member of the program leadership team, managing the day-to-day activities of remote internal and contract change management resources, balancing the needs of all business groups and HR stakeholders and being the ‘face’ of the change for the enterprise.

• Within one month of go-live achieved 93% employee adoption with minimal remediation or support needs

• Developed a holistic strategy of communication, education, and measurement to ensure key change targets readiness to support and drive the change at go-live. Used measurements to customize and augment the change strategy while also confirming achievement of our pre-go-live change readiness goals.

• Designed and deployed training and communication across the enterprise which exceeded 90% user engagement, surpassing the 60-70% engagement seen in similar implementation efforts Vice President, Human Resources – American Funds Service (July 2015 – Present) As the senior HR business partner to the American Funds Service (AFS) President, I work with the AFS leadership team to set the strategic direction and create shared alignment and accountability for the strategic imperatives of the business. Lead a team of HR business partners deployed across four US service centers to create and deliver on the talent strategy and to operate cohesively across a complex matrixed organization.

• Served as the principal consultant in the macro design of a new HR operating & service delivery model for AFS, a model that was later adopted by Capital across the US

• Led the Process Optimization Workstream for Capital HR Global by identifying opportunities to standardize foundational HR processes and leverage enabling technology

• Performed lead role in the development and deployment of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy for the AFS business

• Managed the transition of 1500+ client service representatives to work from home in response to COVID-19 Associate Vice President, Human Resources – American Funds Service West (February 2006 – June 2015) Led the activities of the HR teams supporting the West Region of customer service, expanding from one center to three during my tenure, while serving as the lead HR business partner to the respective site leadership teams.

• Drove the transition of the HR function from a geographic to a business aligned service delivery model and developed the approach to embed workforce planning into the broader business planning process

• Participated in the “Best Places to Work” competition – achieving a top 10 ranking each year we participated Kohler Company ● Kohler, WI November 2000 – January 2006 Director, Human Resources – Global Kitchen & Bath (K&B) Group (December 2003 – January 2006) As the business partner for the Group President of Kitchen and Bath (K&B), I participated as a member of the K&B Management Committee and served as the senior HR lead for the K&B Asia businesses. The K&B Group is the largest of the Kohler Company businesses with 20,000 associates globally and annual revenue approaching $4.0 billion (as of 2006).

• Successfully led recruiting efforts for the Managing Director positions in the K&B India, Thailand, Australia and Cabinetry businesses.

• Served as lead consultant on an organizational design that contributed to a 33% revenue increase over prior year in the K&B Thailand business.

Senior Manager, Human Resources – North American Product & Sales Groups (November 2000 – November 2003) Managed the activities of the Learning, HR business partner and Talent Acquisition teams that support North American Sales and New Product Development.

• Centralized and optimized the Talent Acquisition team resulting in decreasing the “Time to Fill” metric for field sales from 86 days to 47 days while simultaneously receiving top scores on new hire quality metrics.

• Deployed a development and succession program for Sales that was recognized by the Corporate Executive Board as one of the benchmark cases presented during their 2004 research briefings. Manager, Human Resources – North American Product Development Group Provided HR business partner support to the leadership of matrixed functions involved in the product development process – Engineering, Industrial Design, Marketing and Manufacturing.

• Created a performance management process for the matrix structure that formally involved both functional and program managers in employee objective setting, development, and assessment.
