A.Asset & Wealth Management VP, India Project lead – (Jan’20 – Dec’21; Team size 10)

I led Private Banking Controller projects within the regulatory framework, overseeing new business initiatives and infrastructure changes, and gained experience with new wealth management banking products. I performed impact assessments to the General Ledger and drafted requirements as per US and local GAAP.

Key achievements:

a)SAP General Ledger migration– Implementation of SAP to achieve firm’s objective of thin ledger

i)Requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis, testing and training

ii)Design and Implementation of operating model for FX trade out module for front office, trading desk and controllers

b)Business initiatives – Implementation of accounting / reporting changes
