Staff Action Control Officer, GS-13 (40 hours/week), - (Oct 2019 – March 2013 - Retired) – HQDA, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army, Acquisitions, Logistics and Technology (Procurement). As the Staff Action Control Officer advised the Executive Officer and senior level decision makers in the Headquarters, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, conducting a variety of inquiries requiring an intensive analysis of problems. Reviews staff actions for compliance with administrative procedures, laws, rules and regulations; provides technical guidance for Task Management Tool (TMT) and the HQDA TMT Tracking System to users. Retried and analyze reports from TMT and provided weekly metrics to senior leadership, prepared complex correspondence and resolving problems related to processing actions within the TMT. Responsible for coordinating with lead principals to aid the Chief of Staff in overseeing and coordinating training support and evaluations for Army National Guard and U.S. Army Reserve units within First U.S. Army’s area of operations and coordinating with Department of Defense support to domestic emergencies.
