Responsible for operations and management of a 10,000 sq. ft. house, including Landscaping and Lawn care for surrounding two-acre grounds, planting flowers and plants, trimming hedges and cutting and edging lawn and care of equipment and tools. Facilities and management of two company vehicles. Ongoing repairs flooring, tile, painting, carpet installation, electrical installations and plumbing maintenance of all systems and related work. Developed a maintenance plan and schedule, managed volunteers to accomplish large interior and exterior projects. Secured financial and in kind assistance from community partners like United Methodist Churches, Triage Consulting, Frazer Center, Rooms to Go, Atlanta Falcons, Emory University Hospital and Marcus Autism Center. Supervised volunteers and community service workers to complete work related tasks at and around facility resulting in a 10% decrease in monthly operational costs.
