I have passion for food and working with a team to deliver a toothsome concepts from a chef to a cover in the restaurant. With some years of experience training with executive chef (Korean and Bangladesh chef)in my home town(Nigeria).I have learned a variety of skills and dishes necessary in the kitchen. I Studied hospitality management at Lagos State polytechnic of Nigeria where I was taught so much about kitchen, equipment, food handling, preparation and services. I have excellent communication skill which a line cook must possess. The ability to work with a team is necessary in an efficient kitchen.
