And before that i was at fedex and amazon warehouse as an associate where i adapted pallets scanned boxes and put them where they needed to go as well routing cages ect also I've worked as a pcp at visiting angles, Belmont senior care, and a cashier at Taco Bell, Wendy’s and Dairy Queen and a telemarketer at Luce Research. And many other experiences whole working with my family.
With my 8 years of work experience I've had many opportunities and from those opportunities I've come to learn a great deal in which resulted in a strong understanding of people and customer service. My skill-set is extensive and well balanced.
In addition, I am proficient in Microsoft, PowerPoint and excel and many others.
I believe my experience and track record make me an excellent fit for this opportunity. I’d like to add that I am very dependable and well dedicated and a fast learner, I’m very punctual, I’m never late, and highly motivated. I have my own source of transportation so arriving on time will not be an issue.
Job experience wise I've mostly worked in customer service though in many different environments which has given me a variety of different aspects of the word and a better understanding of the term and has only made me better with with people and making sure the customer is satisfied with there experience.
I have great communication skills, following with great problem solving such as dealing with problematic customers and calming down difficult situations weather it's an angry customer or confused patient.
