8/13 St. Paul’s Senior Homes & Services, under contract with SODEXO, this is a Senior Living Facility composed of 128 Independent Residents, 126 Assisted Living Residents with 55 in a Memory Care Program, 59 Bed Skilled Nursing Facility, 2 PACE programs, and an Intergenerational Program with 70 Children & 14 Seniors. Responsible for overseeing 2 Kitchens and an annual budget of over 4 Million dollars. Responsible for all major special events and finances for 2 units.

Food Service Director, a 102 bed acute care facility, average daily census of 60. Directed the hospital Food and Nutrition Services Department, and managed an employee staff of 17. Re-organized the Food and Nutrition Services Department. Implemented a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program, and Staff. Developed department Education Program. Developed in-house special functions catering to meet the needs of the facility.

Maintained quality control procedures in the Clinical as well as the food production areas, with a strong emphasis on personnel development and optimal resources management. During my tenure as director, the Food Service Department passed all JCAHO and Title 22 inspections with no violations.
