Proposal Letters, Amendments and other documentation as requested by the Mineral Land

Department.

* Review all oil & gas leases to ensure up- to- date and accurate status (i.e., pooling clauses that allow

for both oil and gas; lease status- HBP, past or approaching end of primary term, etc.)

* Research lease acreage, spacing units, partner interests, and all pertinent information dealing with

each assigned well.

* Maintain all well information including tracts, plat location, lease acreage, horizontal well spacing

limitations, etc.

* Process Title Requests for submission to Title Attorneys for the New Drill Team.

* Input and update the ANORM, WaLT, DVFR and Quorum systems with all pertinent information for

record keeping.

* Assist with the creation of TCM's and RTD's for the Mineral Department Landman.
